Program 101 PRODUCTION WELDING SPECIALIST
10 Weeks - 350 Hour

Production welding is geared for students interested in joining the manufacturing related industries. The primary processes focused on in this program are GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux Cored) welding.
Additionally, all production welding student will complete introductory courses in BluePrint reading as well as Welding Symbols.
Successful graduates of this course will be able to produce high-quality fillet and groove welds in all positions on carbon steel.

Program 102 STRUCTURAL WELDING SPECIALIST
15 Weeks - 525 Hours

Structural Welding developes the students interested in the contruction, maintenance and repair welding industries. The primary welding processes in this program are SMAW ("stick welding"), GMAW ("MIG welding"), FCAW ("Flux core welding") and a brief introduction to GTAW ("TIG welding). Additionally all Structural welding students will complete introductory courses in Blueprint reading and Weld Symbol reading. Successful graduates will be able to produce high-quality fillet and groove welds in all positions on various thickness of metals up to 1" thick.
